Ausink Family Medicine operates on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model — meaning we work directly with our patients instead of insurance companies.
You pay a simple monthly membership fee that includes most care provided in-house:
Routine office visits
Basic labs and testing
Preventive care and wellness visits
Management of chronic conditions
Minor procedures and treatments
There are no copays, no surprise bills, and no limits on how often you can be seen.

Your membership includes:
Unlimited in-office visits
Same-day or next-day appointments
Extended, unhurried visits
After-hours access to your provider
Basic labs and in-office procedures

We also offer CDL and DOT physicals, available for both members and non-members.

Discount option: Receive 10% off when paying for one year upfront.
Membership terms: A 6-month contract and autopay are required for all membership plans. After the 6-month contract, patients may continue on monthly autopay with no continued commitment.
