How Direct Care Works

Ausink Family Medicine operates on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model — meaning we work directly with our patients instead of insurance companies.


You pay a simple monthly membership fee that includes most care provided in-house:

  • Routine office visits
  • Basic labs and testing
  • Preventive care and wellness visits
  • Management of chronic conditions
  • Minor procedures and treatments
  • After-hours support via our emergency medical line


There are no copays, no surprise bills, and no limits on how often you can be seen.
